The warranting of rapier marshals is governed by Section V(C) of the East Kingdom Rapier Rules, and marshals' warrants are issued by the Regional Marshal of the region in which a fencer resides. Fencers interested in becoming marshals should familiarize themselves with the East Kingdom Rapier Rules, and then contact their Regional Marshal for instructions and information on how to become a Marshal in Training.

The following are proposals for Marshal in Training programs. These documents are not rules or requirements for MiTs, but rather are offered here as advice to those interested in becoming an MiT, or supervising an MiT program. I would like to thank the authors for their permission to publish them here.
